I understand the 'from a floor to a ceiling point' only because of past experience with the principle, the rest, for me, needs a bit of fleshing out.
This crisis is not getting the national attention it deserves. The Farm Bill passed by the House does nothing to stop it. In fact, cutting SNAP benefits doesn't just hurt poor families, but eliminates markets for family farmers. Give a read and a restock.
